Worship of Sri Gopesvara Mahadev

Sri Gopesvara Mahadeva is always meditating in Sri Krishna, absorbed in the pure love to the Supreme Creator. This is said by Srila Sanatan Goswami in the third chapter of the Brihat Bhagavatamrta.

It is said that all the water in Vrindavan is Yamuna Devi's mercy, that is why Sri Gopesvara is really pleased with the love that flows in liquid through the Yamuna River.

The worship of Sri Gopesvara, in the Vamshivat temple, is made with fresh water from the Yamuna River. First the prayers to Sri Ganesh are made, he is Sri Siva's son, and then it is offered water from the Yamuna, asking him to put all theobstacles away and that he could allow us to make the propper worship to Sri Gopesvara Mahadeva.

After this, water is offered to Sri Gopesvara Mahadeva, it can be included a bath of milk and yoghurt.

At the end of the bath, it is offered bael leaf, a garland, incense and a ghee lamp.

Meanwhile the worship is happening, songs and mantras are sung like an offer to Sri Gopesvara Mahadeva, who allows souls to enter at the Sacred Land of Vrindavan

Now practice GOPESVARA - PRANAM SHIVA MANTRA.
